Small classes, with individualized curriculum & fun, expert instruction.

TUITION
Two absences per semester are automatically built into the total tuition for each course. See amount with each course description below. Full Balance is due before start of classes. Discount off deposit for early registration. (See Registration section for more information.) Refunds are available if the director is notified in writing at least one week prior to the start of the course or if the student is clearly an inappropriate fit for the program. A $20 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds and fees for classes already taken will not be refunded.


IF PAID BY-THE-CLASS
$27 / class (space permitting). Minimum of 4 students required before this method is accepted.


LATE ENROLLMENT
COURSE FEE WILL BE PRORATED. One may enter a class at any time, space permitting, except the beginner’s drawing classes. Please call first. The instructor may suggest that late starters have a private lesson or two prior to entrance into a class to make a smoother transition.


MAKE UPS
These are available, space permitting, only in classes you are not enrolled in & taken in same semester.


INCLEMENT WEATHER
Daytime closings: same as Sparks Elem. School in Balto. Co. Evening students will be notified, however, in any case, students must rely on the own best judgment if roads or other conditions appear unsafe. Makeup classes may be arranged if space and time permit.


LIABILITY
All students and their families will hold harmless The Dodson School of Art from any accidents or injuries due to handling of art materials or participation in school activities including field trips classroom and other activities.
