The Dodson School of Art is a private school offering individualized and supportive small classes or private, individual lessons. The Painting program offers classes in Oils, Watercolor, Pastel & Acrylics. All classes number no more than 8 people - small enough for adequate individual attention, yet large enough to offer engaging group interaction and constructive, positive input. Our expert instructors are dedicated, caring, fun and down to earth. We strive to provide a supportive, accepting and relaxed atmosphere. Here is an artist's haven, where students can feel properly guided, stress-free and inspired to "get into the zone" where an artist blocks out everyday cares and focuses intently and happily on their own, unique creative process.

We also offer artwork for sale by Jill M. Dodson, our director and lead Fine Art Instructor. She paints landscapes and florals in oils, watercolors and pastels. We have her originals and prints for purchase. Don't miss her marvelous works in our gallery, both online, and at the school.
